Our Waste Not Café is a vibrant, welcoming space run entirely by our incredible team of trained volunteers. All food is lovingly prepared using fresh produce from our garden and high-quality surplus ingredients that would otherwise go to waste. Each week brings a new, seasonal menu—no two Wednesdays are ever the same!
We’re proud to say our dedication to food hygiene and preparation earned us a 5-star rating from Environmental Health last year. A highlight of each week is the delicious soup delivered by our friend Earl from Earl’s Kitchen, a professional chef who supports our team and community with his nourishing, home-cooked creations.
We don’t charge for our lunches—this is a place where everyone is welcome, regardless of their means—but donations are warmly received to help keep the café thriving.
The Waste Not Café is more than just food—it’s a place to meet friends (old and new), share stories, and enjoy some warmth and connection before our market opens.
